Another Before & After: The Entry

Who doesn't love a good before & after to start the week?

I loved this picture in my inspiration files so much, I just had to copy the numbering.  You can do it easily, like I did ("I" as in "Chris"), with vinyl numbers from Wonderful Graffiti   (again, wouldn't it be awesome if a company did retroactive coupons?  Like, "Hey Julie, thanks for the props!  How much did you spend anyway...we'll just send you a check!")  A few of you have emailed me to ask how I painted them...so I cannot tell a lie.  (I don't know where I got this picture from)

Did I tell you how sweet the previous owners are?  Well, please love their little wolfie (or coyote?)

If we save up, we'd love to update the front porch.

and behind the door...

I fought Chris a little about keeping these original floors for character.  Aren't they pretty?  I am glad we changed them for flow and continuity, however.

Love the southern light from the schoolhouse door!  Thanks, Anisa for the recommendation.

A great nine-light schoolhouse door from Cabbages & Roses

I told y'all I had to get me some Hunter boots!  They are comfy, too.

and a sneak peak into the makeover of the living room...

I know I need something under the barn picture....just can't afford it yet!

And for a friend....Jillian, you need this mirror on your entry table!

All the best, Julie
